REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your choosing and shopping with Sealight & Tides! We want all customers to love our pieces as much as we do, and are here to help with any issues with items or exchanges.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take pride in our quality of items and want you to enjoy wearing them anytime without worry. If your jewelry shows defect within the use of normal wear and tear, we will gladly repair the item - on us - within 1 month of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with clear photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Examples of damage not included within the scope of normal use:
- Broken parts caused by improper handling or misuse (item caught on clothing, snags, pulled, or damaged by pet)
- Improper care of jewelry (cleaned with harsh chemicals)
- Water damage to items that are marked as not water-safe items within the product description
We reserve the right to deny a damaged claim upon inspection. If not approved, you may still pay for shipping and a repair fee on the item.
3. MISSING ITEMS AND DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please reach out to us if there is any issue with your package during delivery and at time of delivery.
4. EXCEPTIONS AND NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Whether it is a limited run, part of a final sale, or customized just for you; as a result, the following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or personalized jewelry (includes engraved or made-to-order styles)
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards or Store Credit
5. PROCESSING RETURNS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
